Lyme Disease Controversy
#LymeDisease #CDC #Bias
I still have not been able to figure out what the motive is behind the attitude of denial the CDC and medical authorities of several countries have regarding Lyme Disease. It exists, can be diagnosed by means of gene sequencing, and can be treated, but to get a medical professional so far as to investigate symptoms and confirm through testing without having to be accused of having psychosomatic symptoms seems almost impossible. So many had to depend on their own research to find a diagnoses and have it confirmed by gene sequencing, and even then it was still difficult to convince practitioners to administer the correct treatment.
