#Extortion #Profiteering #Monopolies #SouthAfrica #TNHA 17 June 2017 - SA PHARMA POLITICS - It's about time Big Pharma got a beating here in SA. For too long, they have been selling worthless and toxic junk at extortionist prices and holding our government to random WITH FAKE STOCK-OUTS designed to squeeze out more tax money from the fiscus. Its also time to hold the drug regulator, the Medicines control Council / SAHPRA to account for approving drugs which have been allowed on the market without proper assessment and which kill and permanently harm people each day. In the Medieval Age, the oppression of the peasants was only possible because education and knowledge were systematically withheld from them. It was only after people learned to read and write that they were able to free themselves, and then think and act on their own initiative. Today were are on the cusp of liberating ourselves from the yoke of these unscrupulous monopolists and taking back our own health with ...

IKSBill - Protection or Ethnopiracy?

Image
#Ethnopiracy #Cams #IKS #Bill A very comprehensive article on the systematic removal of access to natural medicines, and the related IKS Bill in South Africa. I attended the public hearings held 24-26 January, with those in opposition to the Bill allocated to give their presentations on the 26th. Much to my surprise the Bill was approved and forwarded to the Council of Provinces with the note that NO opposition to the Bill was registered. Referring to the Parliamentary records on their website, I noted that records of the first two days were reflected on the website, but as of 22 June 2017 at 2 Pm, nothing has been updated for the 26th, 4 months after the other records were posted. https://pmg.org.za/committee-meeting/23878/ https://pmg.org.za/committee/23/ https://uspiked.com/health/2016/08/17/protection-or-enthnopiracy/ http://www.tnha.co.za/protection-or-ethnopiracy/

REGULATORY TRENDS RSA

Considerable pressure from the pharmaceutical industry has resulted in the MCC / SAHPRA following a similar approach to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) with creating fast-track systems for drugs to be approved. In clinical practice, so dangerous has the pharma approach to medicine now become that orthodox doctors, hospitals and their treatments have been shown in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) to be the third leading cause of death in the United States [1], exceeded only by death...
