Oh, wait, look who the investment partner is, Dr Mamphela Ramphele, and supported by the CSIR, ARC, Eastern Cape Department of Economic Affairs, Eastern Cape Development Agency, Department of Science and Technology, DBSA, Department of Trade and Industry and the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
