Misconduct in the Pharmaceutical trade - GlaxoSmithKline - $9,380,000,000 (Yes, 9,38 Billion in fines and settlements) This was the first time during my research that I was nauseated and shocked to the point of feeling punch-drunk as a result of the facts. It is incredible that a company that has accrued so much in criminal and civil fines and penalties is still operating. Excepting China, not one single employee of GlaxoSmithKline has been charged relating to the information below. You will note that I did not include the customary origin and history of this company, as the content of malfeasance is already sizeable.
